Rancho R + R is a modern architectural masterpiece situated within the gates of the exclusive Ranchos enclave of Punta Mita. Full Staff

A dedicated, full-time staff of six people sees to the care and maintenance of the home, as well as to the experience of its residents and their guests. The house manager was trained by Four Seasons to provide personalized, intuitive and discreet property management and concierge service.


As part of the exclusive Ranchos enclave, the owners of Rancho R + R enjoy full access to all of the amenities within the gates of Punta Mita. The 1,500-acre master-planned resort and residential development is home to Four Seasons Punta Mita and St. Regis Punta Mita Resort.

Significant Art Collection

Interiors and new, custom furnishings showcase the contemporary vision of acclaimed interior designer, art consultant and architect Erica Krayer, founder of the Mexico City-based design firm Uribekrayer. The original owners collaborated with the designers for two-and-a-half years.
